PenFed is hiring a Collections & Servicing Support Administration to work onsite at our San Antonio, Texas service center.  The primary purpose of this job is to answer incoming member inquiries about collection activities and research problems in response to member inquiries and requests.  The incumbent will perform all duties related to the processing of charged-off accounts, including installation loans, credit cards and other losses. This position will be responsible for responding in writing or by telephone to resolve member issues and disputes and notifying members of outcomes upon completion.

PenFed is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work onsite at our San Antonio, Texas service center. The primary purpose of this position is to provide best-in-class member service by answering incoming calls, providing basic account and product information while performing account transactions and maintenance.  This position will also be responsible for educating members on a wide variety of products and services and making recommendations for the member’s financial needs. This is a fast-paced call center environment which requires the incumbent to take a high volume of calls daily.  The incumbent must successfully complete the member service training program including on-the-job training and call monitoring.  

Starting rates will range from $19.00 and $22.00 per hour, depending on education and relevant work experience. The next expected start date for this position is in January 2026.

The primary purpose of this job is to manage a Financial Center team of less than ten (10) full time employees or manage a single Financial Center. The incumbent will be responsible for creating a team environment and driving a member-centric culture to make members’ financial lives better. This position will develop are financial center team(s) to provide an exceptional member experience, understand the needs of our members, and ensure members are introduced to and provided with the most appropriate solution to improve their financial lives. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day performance and overall management of the Financial Center.

PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Senior Auditor - Consumer, Mortgage & Commercial at our Tysons, Virginia location.  The Senior Auditor - Consumer, Mortgage & Commercial is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned internal audits. This position works closely with senior management to identify and evaluate key business risks and recommend actions to mitigate risks while improving and maturing processes. The Senior Auditor acts as a subject matter expert, builds relationships with business department leaders, and collaborates with Internal Audit staff.  This position may lead a team on less complex audits, complete audits independently or work within a team of Auditors on more complex audits.
